Montana State Supreme Court Results 2024
Montana voters will decide two Supreme Court seats in nonpartisan elections. One seat is a contest for chief justice between Cory Swanson and Jeremiah Lynch. The other is between Dan Wilson and Katherine Bidegaray. Both are for open seats after the current occupants retired.
