Kamala Harris has won the Massachusetts contest, NBC News projects, and secured the state’s 11 Electoral College votes. In 2020, Biden won Massachusetts with 66% of the vote to Trump’s 32%. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won Massachusetts with 61% to Trump’s 33%. Massachusetts has voted Democratic for the past nine presidential election cycles. The last Republican to win the state was Ronald Reagan, in both 1980 and 1984.
