Divisive beauty influencer Clavicular interrupted the "peace and dignity" of the Florida Everglades last month by firing shots at an alligator in violation of state wildlife laws, officials said.

Clavicular, the "looksmaxxing" figure whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, and two other people face charges in Miami-Dade in connection with video of them opening fire.

The incident happened March 26, when Peters and two other people did "unlawfully and knowingly discharge a firearm in a public space" at the Francis Taylor Everglades in an act that was "against the peace and dignity of the State of Florida," according to court documents.

Clavicular, Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres and Andrew Morales all face the same charge.

Back in late March, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said it was "aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator."

The animal was already dead and Clavicular believed he had permission to open fire, his representative said in a statement.

“Our client has been summoned to appear for a misdemeanor charge that stems from following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide. He relied on that guidance," the statement said.

"No animals or people were harmed. We are confident that once the full picture is understood, people will see this for what it is.”
