NOW Today

It's the biggest primary contest yet - and no, we're not just saying that.  To be fair, Arizona isn't really in the picture today (we can pretty much count those delegates for Romney).  But in Michigan, it's a different story.  One of the more interesting stories to develop: Rick Santorum is using a robo-call encouraging Democrats to vote for him, taking advantage of Michigan's open primary.  The idea is to "send a message" to Mitt Romney.  Romney, meanwhile, derides the tactic as a "new low" designed to trick voters.  Will it work and prove a blow to Mitt Romney?  We've got the special election desk out today as MSNBC's all day coverage gears up for a pivotal night in Decision 2012.
