Major key alert: Snapchat is a great way to keep a record of your child's birth. Especially if you are DJ Khaled.

Though DJ Khaled burst onto the music scene with hits like "No New Friends," "I'm on One," and "All I Do is Win," he rose to viral fame when he joined Snapchat, where Khaled proclaims his "keys to success" to his followers — 6 million people, to be exact.

Khaled first expressed to Jimmy Kimmel that he wanted to Snapchat the birth of his child during an appearance on Kimmel's show. Kimmel wondered if Khaled's fiancee, Nicole Tuck, might have some issues with this idea, to which Khaled quipped, "The key is, I'm the king. And every queen should support the king."

Tuck doubles as Khaled's fiancee and his business manager. Beforehand, Tuck was the founder of clothing company ABU Apparel before it ceased operations. They announced their pregnancy at the 2015 BET Awards.

In true DJ Khaled fashion, Khaled's own work served as background music, including his song "For Free," which played while his fiancee was in the midst of giving birth.

The Snapchat story features an anxious Khaled, who complains about his nerves as he asks the doctor how much longer he has to wait. Towards the end, Khaled's son's first cries are heard, to which Khaled replies, "God is great, man!"

Khaled also commemorated his son's birth with this Instagram post.

Bless up.
