Interim CEO Rod McGeary will remain as the company's chairman and will continue as an officer and employee of the company with significant responsibility for client development and retention.

You, 45, joins BearingPoint from his role as chief financial officer at Oracle Corp. Prior to that position, he served as CFO of Accenture.

In connection with his employment, You was granted a stock option to purchase two million BearingPoint common shares at an exercise price per share of the closing price today, and an award of 750,000 restricted stock units, each of which vest over a number of years.

In January, the company also appointed former Intelsat finance chief Joe Corbett, 45, as chief financial officer. In February, BearingPoint named Richard J. Roberts, 52, to the position of chief operating officer. The company also named Ron Salluzzo, executive vice president, to the newly created position of chief risk officer.
