Will you resolve to be more organized in 2013? Get a good start with Facebook's new Stories app feature that makes it easy to send New Year's wishes as the clock strikes midnight. Facebook will schedule messages written ahead of time so they arrive at midnight in each friend's time zone.

To set up Midnight Messages, go to http://www.facebookstories.com/midnightdelivery. (Install Facebook Stories if you don't already have it.) You'll see a form that includes a list of your  Facebook friends , and you may use this list to select recipients for your message. (This means you can't send messages to people who aren't a part of your friends list.)

In the message field, you'll see a default message: "Have a Happy New Year and a great 2013!" You can use this message as is, edit it or write your own. Finally, you may add  a photo  from Facebook or upload one from your device. Click send, and your messages will be stored until the ball drops on New Year's Eve.

You can now head into the holiday without worrying about sending messages when you should be ringing in the New Year.
