Pitt's place is on the market!
Brad Pitt has listed his sprawling beach house in Malibu, Calif., for $13.75 million, Realtor.com confirms.
The 47-year-old actor (and design/architecture buff) bought the residence for $8.4 million in 2005 just after splitting from wife Jennifer Aniston.
