A central Pennsylvania woman has been charged with conspiring with another man to kill her husband.Twenty-seven-year-old Mirinda Boob is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the Aug. 23 death of 29-year-old Samuel Boob, the father of four small children ranging from six months to 10 years old.Mirinda Boob was ordered held on $2 million bail Friday, only hours before a scheduled memorial service for her husband.Twenty-nine-year-old Ronald Lee Heichel, of Bellefonte, is accused of shooting Samuel Boob in the victim's Centre Hall garage. He is charged with first-degree murder.Mirinda Boob's attorney, Ed Blanarik, declined comment on the charges but said he was shocked at the bail amount, which was twice what prosecutors had requested.
