A federal magistrate in San Antonio has ordered a mother held without bond after she was accused of trying to prostitute her young daughters.

A federal magistrate in San Antonio has ordered a mother held without bond after she was accused of trying to prostitute her young daughters.

An FBI agent testified Tuesday that 25-year-old Jennifer Richards and her boyfriend had chatted extensively on the Internet about how to sell her daughter to a molester.

Authorities say the 5-year-old girl and Richards' infant daughter were not sold for sex. The girls are no longer in Richards' custody.

The mother cried during the hearing. Her attorney says the chats were fantasy prompted by her boyfriend.

Richards is charged with using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor. Sean Michael Block is charged with distributing child pornography.
