Details Corrected In Hay Ride Accident

New Castle, KY (AP) - State police say seven people injured in a weekend hay ride accident were not run over by a car as they first reported.

New Castle, KY (AP) - State police say seven people injured in a weekend hay ride accident were not run over by a car as they first reported.

Trooper Chip Perry says further investigation found only two people were run over and that was by the wagon they were riding on -- not the car driven by 27-year-old Danielle Walker. Perry says the other five injured passengers fell or jumped off the wagon.

Originally, police thought Walker's car ran over seven people after they fell from the wagon being pulled by a tractor in a field in rural Henry County, just north of Louisville.
